Our pasture-raised eggs are carefully freeze-dried to lock in freshness and flavor. Perfect for baking, cooking, or adding a nutritious boost to your meals, each dozen brings the taste of sunny farms right to your kitchen shelf.
Use just like you would any whole, raw egg. Unpasteurized.
We vacuum seal them down tight with no air in a resealable heavy mylar package. Take out what you need then simply reclose the package until you are ready for more.
You get a 2 pack, (1 dozen eggs in each package!)
Reconstituting is as easy as cracking a fresh egg.
Measure out 2 level Tablespoons of powder
Add 2 Tablespoons of water
Mix well and let sit for a few minutes to allow the water to be absorbed.
Use as you would any fresh, raw egg.
If you are making scrambled eggs, add a bit more water when you cook them. They cook up fluffy and farm fresh as the day they were collected!
* Remember this egg is raw! You must cook any product you use it in to at least 160 degrees F for food safety.
