Our pasture-raised eggs are carefully freeze-dried to lock in freshness and flavor. Perfect for adding wholesome nutrition to your meals, these eggs come packed by the dozen, ready to brighten your pantry with their rich taste and natural goodness.
You get 3 packages of our dozen eggs. We vacuum seal them down tight with no air in a resealable heavy mylar package. Take out what you need then simply reclose the package until you are ready for more.
Reconstituting is as easy as cracking a fresh egg.
· Measure out 2 level Tablespoons of powder
· Add 2 Tablespoons of water
· Mix well and let sit for a few minutes to allow the water to be absorbed.
· Use as you would any fresh, raw egg.
· If you are making scrambled eggs, add a bit more water when you cook them. They cook up fluffy and farm fresh as the day they were collected!
* Remember this egg is raw! You must cook any product you use it in to at least 160 degrees F for food safety.
