Our pasture-raised eggs are carefully freeze-dried to lock in their fresh, rich flavor and nutrients. Perfect for baking, cooking, or snacking, each dozen brings the sunshine of free-range hens right to your pantry.
You get 52 packages of our dozen large eggs. We vacuum seal them down tight with no air in a resealable heavy mylar package. Take out what you need then simply reclose the package until you are ready for more.
Reconstituting is as easy as cracking a fresh egg.
· Measure out 2 level Tablespoons of powder
· Add 2 Tablespoons of water
· Mix well and let sit for a few minutes to allow the water to be absorbed.
· Use as you would any fresh, raw egg.
· If you are making scrambled eggs, add a bit more water when you cook them. They cook up fluffy and farm fresh as the day they were collected!
* Remember this egg is raw! You must cook any product you use it in to at least 160 degrees F for food safety.
